A session is an exchange of information between two or more communication devices, or between a computer and a user.

In ChatCompose we define a session as the exchange of messages or components / scripts between a specific user and a chatbot. This session begins when a user begins to interact with a chatbot until they finish interacting with it.

Note: The interactions started within our panel are not counted as a session, that is, you can try the chatbot as many times as you want.
